Requirements
7+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in luxury segment sales and team leadership
Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
Fluent in English and Tamil
