Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance/financial services sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance sales and market penetration.

Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer retention.

Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

We expect experience in sales (Insurance/Banking/Financial Services preferred).

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
