We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. Generate leads, set up meetings, and pitch to potential clients. Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Conduct research to identify customer needs and market trends. Negotiate business deals, contracts, and pricing with clients. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business goals. Prepare and present compelling business proposals and reports to stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements and Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's is a plus). Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role. Strong understanding of market trends, sales principles, and business development strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Established network of potential clients or industry contacts. Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
