We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our
Internet Leased Lines, Broadband, and Voice/Telephony solutions
to corporate and SME clients. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in the telecom/ISP industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities for Internet and voice services (leased line, broadband, SIP trunk, PRI, cloud telephony, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term customer engagement.
Conduct product presentations, solution pitching, and demos to decision-makers (IT Heads, Admin, CXOs).
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions with commercial negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demand.
Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
Handle customer escalations with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
