We are looking for a Sales Manager (School Sales) who can build strong school partnerships and drive adoption of our hands-on STEM learning programs in Robotics, AI, and Data Science. What You will do
Develop and execute strategies to expand school partnerships across regions.
Present our STEM education programs to school principals, management, and decision-makers.
Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong focus on outcomes.
Build long-term relationships with schools to ensure repeat business and strong referrals.
Work closely with academic & marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
What We're Looking For
o Experience: 3-6 years in sales (preferably from the EdTech or education sector).
o Education:
MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Skills
: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
o Mindset:
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
