Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute the state-level sales strategy aligned with national goals Manage a large field sales force including Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and distributor partners Ensure efficient distributor management and expansion of distribution footprint Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to drive growth Implement trade marketing initiatives and new product launches at the state level Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to optimize operations Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams Drive retail execution excellence and market coverage

Key Requirements:



MBA preferred Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 3 years in a state/regional leadership role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams Strong knowledge of the FMCG distribution network and retail ecosystem Age below 50 years
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?3,000,000.00 - ?3,500,000.00 per year
