Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations, manage a small team, and ensure smooth execution of orders while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer phone calls and inquiries with confidence and professionalism. Manage a team of 3 staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring. Accept and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely follow-up with factory teams for order completion. Achieve and exceed month-end sales and billing targets. Learn and effectively utilize the in-house

ERP system

for order management, reporting, and tracking. Suggest and coordinate enhancements to the ERP system in collaboration with the technical team if required. Build and maintain strong relationships with demanding customers, resolving issues gracefully without escalation. Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (3-6 years) in

sales management or customer relationship management

, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products. Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

(verbal and written). Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating a small team. Ability to perform under pressure and handle demanding customers with professionalism and tact. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. High sense of ownership, accountability, and result orientation.
