Responsibilities

Develop sales strategy

: Create a plan for sales and execute it

Set sales goals

: Set targets for the sales team to hit or exceed

Hire and train salespeople

: Find and train new sales staff

Motivate sales team

: Encourage the sales team to generate leads and build client relationships

Manage sales pipeline

: Oversee the sales pipeline and manage sales leads

Report on sales activity

: Track sales performance and provide reports

Manage sales budget

: Create and manage the sales budget

Engage with sales team

: Meet with the sales team to provide guidance, address challenges, and motivate them
