Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit regular reports on sales activity and market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong sales-oriented background or MBA in Marketing/Sales.
Minimum3 years of experience in software sales (preferably CAD software).
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical products and convey them to non-technical customers.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Preferred Experience:
Sales experience in CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, or NX CAD.
Knowledge of the local market in and around Coimbatore.
Experience in B2B software sales.
Should be flexible to travel for on-site/client visits.
