Ensure smooth and efficient handling of walk-in clients and inbound calls
Handle customer queries, concerns, or complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception/front desk area
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and feedback tracking
Sales & Revenue Generation
Explain clinic services, treatments, and packages to clients clearly and convincingly
Track and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (consultation to conversion ratio)
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and implement sales strategies
Assist in managing promotional campaigns and offers to boost client engagement
Team Supervision & Coordination
Guide, train, and monitor customer care/front desk staff
Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and assign daily tasks to front office executives
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and back-end teams for seamless client experience
Report daily sales and service updates to management
Operational Oversight
Monitor appointment schedules, ensure minimum client waiting time
Ensure cleanliness, display materials, and front desk documentation are in order
Maintain records of client visits, payment collections, and service feedback
Help with maintaining CRM or software systems for billing and client tracking
