We are seeking a
dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager
to join our growing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading a team, and driving revenue through effective client relationship management and market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
:
Generate leads through networking, digital campaigns, and fieldwork
Convert prospective clients into property buyers
Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and site visits
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage and train junior sales executives.
Requirements
:
Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Must have own vehicle and valid driving license
Male candidates preferred.
