Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads and follow up with potential customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers (domestic & industrial models). Conduct site visits to assess water quality and recommend suitable purifier solutions. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with existing customers for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals. Coordinate with installation and service teams. Handle walk-in customers at showroom or inquiries from digital campaigns. Collect customer feedback and report market trends.

Requirements:



Minimum 10th/12th pass; any degree/diploma preferred. Prior experience in water purifier or home appliance sales is a plus. Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Willing to travel for field sales (for field roles). Basic knowledge of water purification systems is an advantage. Passionate about customer service and sales.
