Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Developing and executing sales plans, setting sales targets, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Team Management:

Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and motivation.

Sales Operations:

Managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes, and tracking sales performance.

Customer & Dealer Relationships:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.

Product Promotion & Marketing:

Coordinating with dealerships to enhance product visibility and drive market penetration, potentially including promotional activities.

Financial Management:

May be involved in managing the sales budget and tracking sales expenses.

Performance Analysis:

Monitoring sales performance against targets, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Compliance & Regulations:

Staying updated on relevant regulations and ensuring the sales team adheres to them.
Skills & Qualifications:

Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in closing deals.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, dealers, and team members.

Leadership & Management:

Proven leadership and management skills to motivate and guide a sales team.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of the two-wheeler industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Customer Focus:

A customer-centrist approach with a focus on providing excellent service and building relationships.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales, customer service, or team performance.

Education:

A bachelor's degree is often required, and relevant experience in sales or the two-wheeler industry is preferred.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
