Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and meet sales targets.
Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored kitchen design solutions.
Conduct product presentations, explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Coordinate with the design team to deliver customized kitchen layouts and proposals.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Maintain product displays and keep the showroom presentable and customer-friendly.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
Train and guide junior sales staff in delivering consistent customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in
retail sales
, preferably in
modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior design
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, and basic design principles.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
Fluency in English and local language is a must.
