Role Overview:

We are seeking a

smart, energetic, and persuasive Sales Manager

to convert high-value inquiries into loyal patients. You will handle inbound leads, guide clients through treatment options, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle clinic walk-ins and inbound WhatsApp/web/phone leads Convert consultations into treatment bookings Maintain a daily sales tracker and follow-up log Explain treatment packages and offers with confidence Support the CRM/telecalling team for active follow-ups Upsell skincare, IV drip, or subscription-based services Coordinate with the Medical Director for high-ticket clients Represent the brand with professionalism and charm

Who Should Apply:

1-4 years of

clinic, hospital, beauty, or wellness sales experience

Fluent in

English and Tamil

with a pleasing personality Comfortable handling

premium clients

and elite communication Strong follow-up discipline and closing mindset Basic knowledge of

aesthetic treatments

is a plus
