Sales Manager

:

GRD Solutions, a growing provider of electronics repair services, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a strong background in electronics instruments used in industries.

Our Core Business:

At GRD Solutions, we reduce the equipment down-time and maintenance costs by offering cost-effective repair and refurbishment services for our customers.

Industries We Serve:

Construction & Infrastructure Companies. Cement Factories. Petrochemical Refineries. Automotive Component OEM factories. Crusher Plants. Hospitals. SIPCOT, SIDCO, SEZ clusters.

Equipment We Repair :

Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Soft Starters Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Human Machine Interface (HMI) CNC Controllers & Keypads Piling and Drilling Rig Control Panels Medical Equipment

Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with existing clients belonging to Factories, Construction Companies and Hospitals. Develop a deep understanding of the electronics instruments used in industries and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services. Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and identify new sales opportunities. Travel to client sites to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level officials. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Any bachelors degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in sales with customer relations in any of the aforementioned industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of electronics instruments used in industries Willingness to travel to client sites Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Fluency in English
