We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and people-loving
Sales & Marketing Associate
to join our high-growth, innovation-focused environment. You'll be the voice of MakersHub in schools, franchises, and communities -- sparking curiosity and driving enrollments in STREAM-based learning programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Outreach:
Pitch MakersHub programs to
schools, parents, and franchise leads
Drive conversions for
workshops, subscriptions, and franchise models
Conduct school visits, demos, and follow-ups
Marketing & Branding:
Execute campaigns (offline & online) to build awareness
Collaborate with content/creative teams for social media promotions
Represent MakersHub at
events, exhibitions, and education fairs
Lead Management:
Manage CRM for lead tracking and closure
Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance
Hit sales targets and exceed outreach goals
Relationship Building:
Maintain long-term relations with clients & partners
Offer post-sale support and engagement
Who Can Apply?

Bachelor's in
Science / Engineering / Tech / Business / Marketing
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
