Key Responsibilities
Actively
upsell salon services, packages, and add-ons
to walk-in and booked clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable premium services.
Support salon managers in achieving
monthly sales targets
.
Convert enquiries, consultations, and walk-ins into paid services.
Promote membership plans, offers, and retail products.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client interactions professionally.
Track daily conversions, upsells, and report sales performance to management.
Coordinate with front desk, stylists, and managers for smooth service flow.
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales and customer service
(salon, beauty, retail, hospitality preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work with targets and incentives.
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
Fluent in Hindi; English/Malayalam is an advantage.
Self-motivated and result-driven.
