Olive Builders and Developers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate revenue growth across our premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the regional property market.
Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and property site visits.
Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
