1.Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
2.Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
3.Creates a culture of integrity where everyone is held accountable
4.Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
5.Support global sales and marketing initiatives
6.Identify sales growth opportunities, market challenges, and work with sales representatives to develop and implement innovative action plans
7.Actively manages account base while seeking to optimize participation, profitability, forecasting, inventory management, and shipping performance
8.Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
9.Manage district sales activities to achieve assigned sales, margins, and related objectives
10.Drive alignment by connecting sales functions to marketing, technical, supply chain, manufacturing and other key function
