Our Upcoming Brand River is looking for a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager

to drive sales performance and lead a team of sales consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members. Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring key sales KPIs are met. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive showroom and field sales. Work closely with management to set realistic sales goals and action plans. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance their buying experience. Coordinate with marketing and finance teams for smooth sales operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions in CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
