Role Overview

We are looking for a

result-driven Sales Manager

to grow photography and creative service sales in the Trichy market through

cold calling, client meetings, and disciplined follow-ups

.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve

monthly sales targets independently

Drive business through

cold calling, outbound sales, and lead conversion

Handle

photography & event service sales

(weddings, shoots, packages) Maintain

conversion ratios

and achieve client meeting targets Drive

cross-promotion of services

to maximise revenue Ensure

NIL pending follow-ups

at all times Maintain

CQ scores, audit scores, and KPI metrics

Control

discount percentages

within company limits Ensure

same-day and full payment transactions

Maintain sales trackers, reports, and pipeline updates

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in

Sales / Business Development / Service Sales

Proven experience in

cold calling and target-based sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills Disciplined, self-driven, and performance-focused mindset Working knowledge of

Excel / Google Sheets

Experience in photography, events, hospitality, or service industry is a plus
