PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
? Building and managing the Micro Loan Against Property (secured) product.
? Sourcing loans with a maximum ticket size of ?2 -?15Lakhs.
? Responsible for collections of the cases that are sourced.
? Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
? Sourcing of customers through Direct, DSA, Connector and Open Market Channels.
? Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
? Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
? Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.
? Planning & execution of market promotional activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
