Job Purpose

Responsibilities:
1)Achieve 100% target.
2)Drive sales functions and sales team effectively.
3)Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
4)Monitor and approve Quotations sent be Sales team.
5)Overseeing Stock Requirements.
6)Handle end to end Project Management. Its smooth execution and timely closure.
7)To Motivate employees, working with them to set and meet sales goals.
8)Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
9)Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
10)Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
11)Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
12) Maintain daily reports in CRM / Excel.
Preferably from Laminate/Vineer/Plywood Industry/ building materials.
