With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, we are currently undertaking the development of a state-of-the-art IT Park and are looking for a dynamic professional to lead the construction Phase.
Develop and implement strategies to increase residential and commercial real estate sales revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely project updates.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-8 years of experience in real estate sales management or a related field (residential & commercial).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
Strong understanding of local real estate markets, including current trends, regulations, and industry developments.
Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships at all levels.
