Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Manage the lead funnel and assign leads to executives.
Train, guide, and supervise Sales Executives.
Review daily performance, conversions, and follow-ups.
Conduct high-value client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead quality feedback.
Prepare weekly sales reports for management review.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
