Role Overview



The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, manage the full sales cycle, and guide executives to achieve monthly booking targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategy, and customer-handling expertise.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects. Manage the lead funnel and assign leads to executives. Train, guide, and supervise Sales Executives. Review daily performance, conversions, and follow-ups. Conduct high-value client meetings, negotiations, and closures. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead quality feedback. Prepare weekly sales reports for management review. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers. Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

Required Skills



Proven experience in real estate sales and team management. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. High accountability and data-driven approach. Good understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
