We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Manager (Telecommunications)
with at least
5 years of relevant experience
in telecom sales and business development. The ideal candidate will lead sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting telecom solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the telecom sector.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in
telecommunication sales/enterprise solutions
.
Strong knowledge of telecom products, solutions, and services.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
