Position - Sales Managers/Asst. Sales Managers Workplace - Chennai
Qualification - Any Graduation + Post graduation in MBA or relevant courses Experience - 3 -10 yrs.
Background - Relevant Experience in Hotel & Resorts (Corporate & MICE Sales) Age Limit - Between 28 - 40 yrs
Roles and Responsibilities * Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the assigned properties
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Office to align sales plans with organizational goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and business segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property visits to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term business partnerships.
  • Revenue Generation
  • Maximize revenue by identifying upselling opportunities for rooms, banquet facilities, dining, and other services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and packages to attract guests.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and market reports to senior management.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination
  • Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Coordinate with operations, front office, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
  • Event and Banquet Sales
  • Actively promote the hotels banquet and conference facilities to corporate and individual clients.
  • Work closely with event planners to ensure the smooth execution of events and weddings.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance.
  • Provide timely reports to the General Manager and Corporate Office on sales performance and future projections.
  • Compliance and Brand Standards
  • Ensure adherence to the hotel's brand standards and corporate policies in all sales activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry regulations and trends.
