We are an authorized Suzuki Motorcycle Dealership in Vishrantwadi, Pune - newly established and rapidly growing. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience through honest, passionate, and professional sales of Suzuki motorcycles and scooters.

We're now looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, manage our team, and drive retail performance from the front line.

Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee all showroom and field sales operations -- from walk-in customer experience to lead conversion, team training, target achievement, and coordination with Suzuki India's regional office.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in two-wheeler sales, a strong understanding of dealership processes, and a track record of delivering monthly sales targets with integrity and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, and motivate the sales executives and showroom staff to meet monthly targets.
Monitor daily lead follow-ups, test rides, bookings, and deliveries.
Set clear sales goals and implement incentive plans to boost performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and product training sessions.

Sales & Business Operations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for motorcycles and scooters.
Manage showroom operations -- walk-in management, lead tracking, CRM updates, test rides, and vehicle delivery experience.
Handle high-value negotiations and close major sales personally when required.
Ensure all sales processes adhere to Suzuki dealership SOPs and reporting standards.
Supervise finance tie-ups, insurance coordination, and RTO documentation with relevant teams.

Customer Experience & Retention
Ensure every customer receives a professional and warm experience.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure post-delivery satisfaction.
Lead customer feedback, reviews, and referral programs.

Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with Suzuki regional sales office for targets, inventory allocation, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate data of inquiries, conversions, cancellations, and deliveries.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead position.
Experience in a Suzuki dealership (two-wheeler) strongly preferred; familiarity with brands like Honda, Yamaha, Hero, or TVS also acceptable.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of dealership operations, CRM tools, and sales funnels.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
