Job Description


Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and implement our direct sales strategy,
establish new distribution channels, and drive revenue growth across domestic and international
markets.
Key Responsibilities
xe2x97x8f Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to establish direct relationships with
end users and resellers
xe2x97x8f Build and manage a sales team focused on both domestic Indian markets and international
expansion
xe2x97x8f Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
xe2x97x8f Establish pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients
xe2x97x8f Develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential customers
xe2x97x8f Create detailed market analysis and sales forecasts
xe2x97x8f Work closely with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure customer requirements
are met
xe2x97x8f Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and business meetings
xe2x97x8f Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
xe2x97x8f Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
xe2x97x8f Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred
xe2x97x8f 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role
xe2x97x8f Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in chemical/dye industry or related sectors
xe2x97x8f Experience in both domestic Indian market and international business development
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of food, drug, cosmetics, or personal care industries highly desirable
xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for dyes in various applications
xe2x97x8f Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
xe2x97x8f Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
xe2x97x8f Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
xe2x97x8f Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
