Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our salesefforts and contribute to revenue growth by acquiring and managing key logistics clientsacross the U.S. market. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep industryknowledge, strong team management capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Team Management:

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives

Set sales targets and monitor team performance through regular reviews

Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and collaboration

Provide coaching and support to improve sales effectivenessStrategic Sales Development:

Design and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments

Analyze customer trends and market dynamics to inform strategy and productofferings

Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and drive continuous improvementinitiativesSales Operations & Process Improvement:

Optimize sales workflows and ensure compliance with company procedures

Implement and oversee CRM usage for pipeline management and reportingaccuracyCross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with operations and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clientonboarding and service delivery

Provide regular feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholdersCandidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain Management preferred)

Minimum of 6 to10 years of experience in a sales management or senior sales role

Must have prior experience in U.S. logistics, 3PL

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environmentPerks & Benefits:
