Role Overview

We are seeking a

Sales Manager

to drive business growth through

strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and market development

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

industrial or technical sales

and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in target markets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PVD coating solutions. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to deliver high-quality service. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

.

10-15 years

of experience in industrial/technical sales, preferably in PVD coating, tooling, or manufacturing. Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.

Preferred

Experience in

surface treatment, tooling, or coatings industry
