Financial

Maximize productivity through use of multi- skilling and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests Assist with the preparation of the Annual Business Plan Strategically analyses of business performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting, involving respective Head of Department as appropriate

Sales & Marketing

Assist to manage all sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, complying with the smart selling approach, achieve sales goals and sales targets. Manage all key sales accounts and groups, evaluate them based on sales account analysis to ensure segment performance Actively participate in weekly yield meetings and monthly strategic meetings, developing and adjusting sales and pricing strategy Implementation of strategic marketing process by understanding of available sales data from PMS including Competitive Intelligence to make sound decisions

Operational

Directing and coordinating all selling activities and communicating these activities throughout the hotel Communicate closely with Regional Manager and key sister hotels to update them regularly regarding key hotel information

Personnel

Assist in the recruitment and selection of all sales employees; following hotel guidelines when recruiting and use. Support and implementation of Rosetta's BRISOP

Customer Service

Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Administration

Develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the hotel's sales strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures Ensure sales activities are aligned with Corporate Marketing Strategy and hotel actions have been implemented * Review sales files and systems to ensure procedures are being followed
