Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks across assigned regions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Ensure achievement of revenue growth, brand visibility, and market penetration.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.
5+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG/Spices/Food Industry.
Strong business network and knowledge of spice/food market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively.
