Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new clients in the industrial sector.
Visit clients (company car provided) to understand requirements and offer solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Create and execute marketing strategies to boost sales.
Negotiate effectively and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with production and technical teams for order coordination.
Maintain proper sales reports, lead follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Requirements
MBA in
Sales & Marketing
(required).
2-5 years
of experience in
industrial/B2B product sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident, goal-oriented, and proactive personality.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Basic technical understanding of gears/mechanical products (preferred).
