Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead and motivate the solar sales team to deliver consistent results.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Establish partnerships with distributors, contractors, and government agencies.

Client Engagement

Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their energy needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Market Insights

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. Provide feedback to management for product and pricing strategies.

Performance Management

Track KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and present regular reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.
