You will be responsible for selling innovative healthcare and enterprise software solutions to clinics, hospitals, diagnostics, and pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the
healthcare, pharma, and hospital ecosystem
.
Present and demonstrate
software products
clearly to decision-makers, doctors, and management teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure recurring business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through structured sales planning and follow-ups.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies and product positioning.
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, demos, and client communications in CRM tools.
RequirementsFor Sales Manager (Senior Role):
1-8+ years of experience in
Pharma Sales or Hospital/Medical Equipment Sales
.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing a sales team (preferred).
Good understanding of
healthcare software, HIS, EMR, or SaaS products
is a plus.
For Sales Executive (Junior Role):
0.6 - 3 years experience in
Pharma Sales, Medical Representative role, or Hospital Sales
.
Strong passion for
software sales
and ability to quickly learn product features.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term sales career.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling SaaS-based products in healthcare.
Strong presentation & demo skills.
Ability to understand product workflows and explain software value to clients.
Fluency in regional language(s) is a plus.
