Responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and managing distributor/retail networks for snacks, sweets, and pickle product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all product categories.
Develop and manage distributor, wholesale, and retail networks.
Promote new products and ensure proper visibility/placement in stores.
Conduct market visits, gather competitor insights, and identify new business opportunities.
Train and guide sales executives and promoters.
Build strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, and channel partners.
Track sales performance, collections, and route planning.
Coordinate with production and logistics for smooth supply.
Requirements:
3+ years sales experience in FMCG (snacks, sweets, pickles, or food products).
Strong negotiation and market knowledge.
Ability to achieve targets and manage field teams.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
