Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Sales Manager (Showroom)

to oversee retail sales operations at our showroom in Kochi. The role requires a

female candidate (preferred)

with strong expertise in both

Interior and Civil sales

, team management, and client engagement. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and leading a motivated sales team in delivering excellent customer service and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day

showroom sales operations

, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Lead and motivate the

sales team

, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.

Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Handle

client interactions

, understand requirements, and provide suitable design/sales solutions.

Oversee

Interior and Civil sales

segments, ensuring client needs are met with the right offerings.

Coordinate with the design, execution, and operations teams for seamless client experience.

Ensure showroom displays and presentations are aligned with brand standards.

Maintain client databases, prepare sales reports, and present updates to management.

Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with

market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences

.

Contribute to the overall

growth of the showroom's sales performance

.

Job Specification Education & Certifications

Graduate in

Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field

.

MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience

Minimum

3 years of experience in retail sales

.

Proven experience in

Interior and Civil sales

.

Prior experience in

Home Interiors / Furniture Showroom sales

is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong

sales and negotiation skills

with proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets.

Excellent

client-handling, communication, and interpersonal skills

.

Ability to

lead, motivate, and manage sales teams effectively

.

Knowledge of

interior design/furniture products, finishes, and materials

Good understanding of

customer preferences and showroom management practices

.

Proficiency in

MS Office and CRM tools

for sales reporting and client management.
