. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable mobility, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in automotive or EV sales. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing customer relationships, and leading the end-to-end sales process at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Euler Motors' electric commercial vehicles at the showroom.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, transporters, and B2B clients.
Conduct test drives, product demonstrations, and customer negotiations.
Coordinate with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and showroom presentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
3-5 years of experience in automotive, EV, or commercial vehicle sales.
Strong team leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for EVs and knowledge of commercial vehicle applications is a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field sales when required.
