Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert high-quality leads into successful bookings
Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
Guide clients with package customization, pricing, and itineraries
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a team and motivate them toward targets
Familiarity with Himachal & Ladakh destinations is a plus
Tech-savvy with CRM knowledge is an advantage
