Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Plan and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Support the team in closing important sales deals
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
