Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the

sales & telecalling team

to achieve monthly revenue targets. Develop and execute

sales strategies

to increase walk-ins, online leads, and corporate clients. Manage

customer relationships

and ensure high levels of satisfaction & repeat business. Track, analyze, and report on

sales performance, conversions, and KPIs

. Coordinate with service engineers to

upsell/cross-sell repair services, AMC packages, and accessories

. Identify and onboard

corporate clients and bulk service contracts

. Train and motivate team members in

customer handling and sales excellence

.

Requirements



Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in sales management (preferably in electronics/service industry). Strong communication skills in

Tamil & English

(Hindi is an added advantage). Proven ability to

lead teams and close sales

. Target-driven mindset with a passion for customer service. Knowledge of mobile/laptop products & services will be a plus.
