Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property sales with a successful sales track record.
• Hospitality industry experience will be a great advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of the residential property market and industry trends.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Local language proficiency is required.
