Key Skills Required:
Experience in project-based/enterprise/solution sales
Strong understanding of ELV & IT Infrastructure solutions (
CCTV,
Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking, Power)
Capability to handle SI's, consultants, contractors, and enterprise
customers
Ability to work cross-functionally with presales, product, and
marketing teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them
into sales opportunities
Role Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Execution
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets
Identify and develop business opportunities across enterprise
accounts, consultants, project owners, and corporates
Build relationships with key decision-makers - consultants, end
customers, OEMs
Work with consultants to get products specified in project BOQs
Attend client meetings and presentations with the presales/product
team where necessary
Solution Positioning
Understand client pain points and position relevant solutions from
our portfolio (
CCTV, FAS, Access, IT Infra, etc.
)
Present product features, benefits, and use cases aligned to
customer requirements
Stay updated with training and technical updates shared by OEMs and
internal teams
Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing,
documentation, and order processing
Ensure proper handover to the execution/support team once the order
is closed
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain lead funnel, track progress, and submit weekly reports
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing trends
Collections & Compliance
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve pending commercial
issues
Adhere to company's sales processes and compliance requirement
Preferred Background:
Experience in B2B solution selling / project sales
Exposure to
security systems, IT hardware, or infrastructure
projects
Comfortable in working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
