Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for Sea Freight Export services.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and agents.
Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback updates.
Ensure compliance with export documentation, Incoterms, and trade regulations.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Graduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in
Sea Freight Export Sales
within a freight forwarding company.
Strong understanding of
Incoterms, export procedures, and documentation.
Good network with
shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas partners.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Proficient in
MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated,
and able to work independently under pressure.
Willing to travel for client visits and business development.
