Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Identify, target, and engage with infrastructure companies, contractors, and EPC firms for formwork and scaffolding solutions
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across projects in metro, highway, and infrastructure domains
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry generation, technical discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures
Coordinate with technical teams for solution customization, client demos, and site support
Track competitor activity and market trends to refine approach
Manage CRM and ensure timely reporting of leads, pipeline, and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and client satisfaction
Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums
Key Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in infrastructure formwork and scaffolding solutions
Strong network and understanding of regional infrastructure and construction landscape
Proven track record of business development and key account management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region
