Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
Manage key accounts and negotiate major contracts when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM software, and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to travel as required.
