Sales Manager
to lead institutional sales, targeting
CSR funds, government tenders, and key corporate clients
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic outreach, bid/tender participation, partner engagement, and driving revenue through impactful hygiene and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for incinerator and vending machine sales.
Identify and prioritize CSR-funded projects, government schemes, educational institutions, and corporate buyers.
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across India, focusing on hygiene, sustainability, and women empowerment mandates.
2. CSR & NGO Engagement
Build relationships with CSR heads of large corporates to pitch hygiene solutions under their CSR budgets.
Liaise with NGOs and implementation partners for project-based deployments.
Prepare proposals and presentations aligning our offerings with CSR objectives (health, sanitation, women empowerment, education).
3. Government & Tender Participation
Track and evaluate public tenders (GeM, eProcurement portals, and state-level RFPs).
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, prequalification documents, and certifications.
4. Institutional & Corporate Sales
Engage with schools, colleges, hospitals, railways, and industrial parks to promote bulk deployments.
Partner with facility management firms and EPC contractors for bundled solutions.
Lead negotiations and close B2B sales deals.
5. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Maintain sales funnel reports, tender tracking dashboards, and customer feedback.
Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, government policies, and upcoming schemes.
Key Skills & Experience:
5-10 years of B2B / institutional sales experience in hygiene products, public health, or sustainability domains.
Proven track record in CSR sales, government tenders, or selling to public/private institutions.
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of government procurement processes, CSR laws, and sanitation sector policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
MBA preferred, but not mandatory.

Number of CSR tie-ups and fund closures
Tender submissions and win rate
Sales revenue generated from corporate/institutional buyers
New partnerships with NGOs and CSR foundations
Geographic market penetration and customer retention
