Redporch Nest is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the company's client base in the real estate / interior sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to align sales activities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in real estate, construction, or interiors)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Good knowledge of the local market in Ernakulam
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Valid driving license preferred
Experience
Minimum 3-6 years of relevant sales experience
Prior team-handling experience is mandatory
